• Newsletter and free guide: your name and e-mail, so I can send you what you asked for. Based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the link in every e-mail.
• VIP application: your name, e-mail, location and your answers, so I can read your application and reply personally.
• Inquiry to purchase a painting: your name, e-mail, offer and note, so I can reply about the piece.
• Booking a session: bookings and payments run through Cal.com, which handles the details you enter there.
• Supporting the art: contributions run through Buy Me a Coffee, under their own privacy terms.

I use trusted services that process data on my behalf: MailerLite (newsletter), Supabase (secure storage of applications), Cal.com (bookings), Buy Me a Coffee (support), Lovable (website hosting) and Google Fonts (lettering). I never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

Only as long as needed: newsletter details until you unsubscribe, applications and inquiries for as long as we are in touch and then up to two years, unless the law requires longer.

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only remembers your chosen language and whether you closed the guide pop-up, in your own browser.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, take it with you, or withdraw consent at any time. Just write to me. If you feel your data is not handled well, you can complain to the ICO in the UK or the data protection authority in your country (in Slovakia, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov).
